Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 28 years. Located in a Southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio off of I 271 & 480 E. Broadway Forbes exit.

Job Description

Responsible for supervision of Janitorial Personnel/Operations in a geographic area, direct oversite of janitorial cleaning personnel, floor tech project responsibilities within supervised accounts. Assist in Human Resources, Recruitment, Warehouse & Equipment, Customer Service & Overall Account Management, Assist VP of Operations with training programs, project & specialty services, project scheduling & calendar, account budgeting. Assist with company directives and initiatives.

This is primarily a mid shift with start time of 10am to 9pm as daily/weekly responsibilities are completed, up to 45-50 hours weekly. Days are Primarily Monday -Friday with some weekends required, Account supervision requires flexibility to work earlier and later than scheduled & weekends. (This is considered a Hybrid position)

Salary 45k-60k based upon experience.

Qualifications

Must have a min of 5 years of Janitorial Management experience. Have reliable transportation, Clean Criminal Background.
