Technical Presales Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support
Sell products requiring/extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, and computer systems
Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers
Create detailed proposal documents as part of a formal bidding process
Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, Cloud, and networking
Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting in customer-facing roles
Understand about key security principles and concepts
Understanding of microservices and serverless architecture is an added advantage
Cloud architect certified is an added advantage (Azure, AWS etc.)
A self-disciplined person who is organized and able to work with minimum supervision
Pleasant personality, POSITIVE attitude, and good interpersonal skill
Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
