The Role:

Utilizing both in-store and online channels, the customer sales associate is primarily responsible for selling estate jewelry and also precious metal bullion.

The associate will greet each customer who comes in the store and begin helping them assess the ways we can help them with their needs.

Requirements:

Give our customers the best experience possible selling jewelry and precious metal products

Consistently perform accurate arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Adhere to all local, state, and federals laws pertaining to the buying and selling of precious metals and jewelry

To be able to work consistently Mon-Fri, 10:30 am- 6:30 pm

Qualifications:

Proficient interacting with the public in a professional sales capacity

Professional yet fun demeanor and attire

An eagerness to learn about precious metals, jewelry, and numismatic items.

Comfortable sitting/standing for the entire (8-9 hour) work day

The ability and visual acuity to perceive small details and marks on coins and jewelry

Comfortable using Windows, internet browsers, and basic Google suite applications

English proficient; strong verbal and written skills

The ability to pass a state background check

Reliable transportation and ability to travel for on-site training.
