JOB SUMMARY:

The corporate HR (Human Resources) Generalist role is a central point of contact in problem solving for the Global HR Team. This position will be essential in helping develop and maintain Global HR Operational systems, an SOP HR Handbook, and other documented training requirements for the HR function. The person in this position will develop strong relationships with the Global HRBP team, internal customers, and interact with external vendors. Strong HRIS knowledge of developing reports, creating workflows, and managing global systems in support of the overall Department goals. Assist in the management and compliance filings required on behalf of HR.

Essential duties and responsibilities should be listed in the order of importance/majority of time spent.

Manages HR systems including designing, developing, and maintaining workflows, configurations, and reporting for HRIS and similar systems.

Provides functional support to HRBPs and other team members on HRIS and other HR systems.

Develops and provides training and documentation for HR systems to HR team members.

Reviews and updates HR policies and procedures and recommends process improvements.

Assists with annual benefits enrollments and administration, including open enrollment.

Documents HR process and maintains HR process library.

Assists HRBPs with rollout and execution of new HR policies, programs, and procedures.

Assists HRBPs with benefits, payroll, and other inquiries. Escalates issues as appropriate.

Assists HRBPs with annual Performance Review process.

Utilizes various systems/ tools to track HR issues, identify trends, measure progress, and analyze data. Compiles information and generates reports.

Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.

Can help support filling in for an HRBP/Payroll who may be on leave or in transition.

Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in an HR Generalist role

Previous HR experience in supporting corporate, manufacturing, and multi-state operations preferred. Global experience a plus.

Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results and work independently.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and build effective business relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems such as ADP, ICIMS, and others.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS:

SHRM-CP (or equivalent) a plus.

Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to travel up to 20%.
