Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Facility: Outpatient clinics that offer same-day medical appointments and currently provide a wide range of programs, including primary medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and community health and wellness programs

Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Full time, employed opportunity

Schedule: Flexible, Monday - Friday. Clinic hours are 8am-7pm, so schedule can be 4x10 or 5x8

Outpatient community health center

Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 weeks

Arizona license and BC

Compensation:Employed opportunity with Salary, bonuses and benefits. HPSA score of 15 for Federal Medical School Loans or visa waiver and sponsorship.
