SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician s Assistant program.
Master s degree required.
APRN or PA license in the appropriate state.
Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply.
Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P).
Current BLS.
Minimum 5 years experience as APRN or PA, specifically in Oncology.
