Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their real estate goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions
- List, advertise, and market properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct showings and open houses to showcase properties to potential clients
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the deals
- Stay up-to-date with local and national real estate trends and economic conditions
- Collaborate with listing agents, brokers, and attorneys to facilitate smooth and successful transactions
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders and other professionals to provide a comprehensive and streamlined experience for clients
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate License
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Proficient in technology and social media platforms for marketing and networking purposes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related field preferred but not required
Salary: $40.000 to $53,000 yearly
