Provide exceptional service to assigned B2B customer accounts.

Manage new customer onboarding, including data entry and database maintenance.

Address inquiries regarding lead times, services, and orders.

Collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize EDI proficiency to streamline processes.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
