Infusion RN

Job Description

Women's Cancer & Wellness Institute is looking for an experienced RN to join our infusion team. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administering Chemotherapy

Monitoring patient during treatment

Collaborating with the physician concerning their care, condition, treatment plans, lab or other results, etc. to better serve the patient

Patient education on the chemotherapy regimen they will receive

Update & maintain patient charts

Mixing Chemotherapy

Clinical phone calls from current chemo patients

Occasional lab draws

Providing back up coverage to our pharmacy tech

Having knowledge or history in the following areas are preferred, but not required:

Athena/Centricity Practicing System

HCA/BSMH Electronic Medical Records Systems

Oncology background

Chemotherapy Certification

Salary is based off experience and hours can be discussed. The office is closed nights, weekends, and holidays.
