Shift 11:00am- 8:00pm

Campbell Supply is the largest Freightliner Dealership in the Tri-State Area and is seeking experienced diesel technicians to join our growing team in Montogomery NY. Campbell Supply provides a number of commercial and emergency product lines including Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, as well as Spartan and KME Emergency Vehicles.

Diesel Technician Duties:

• Diagnose, document, and repair engine, transmission, and major component fault codes using company-supplied laptops and OEM software while following proper warranty procedures.

• Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair on all components as well as preventative maintenance and reconditioning

• Demonstrates well developed technical and troubleshooting skills with effective problem-solving skills

• Attending OEM and Dealer training online as well as in person when required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.

• Formal training in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 3-7 vehicles as well as dealership experience is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and drivers with demonstrated teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and the DTNA Elite Support Program

Shifts Available:

• Shift: Monday-Friday,11 AM - 8:00 PM
