A great job opportunity with Compass Concierge awaits you! We are now hiring full-time Concierge to act as the first point of contact between the apartment residents and the property management teams. We are looking to fill several openings and have both daytime and overnight,12-hour shifts available.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Greeting residents & their guests
Screening people entering the building.
Answering the telephone/transferring calls
Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages
Logging maintenance requests
Recording incidents that occur in shift notes.
Various administrative support duties
The Ideal Candidate:
Has more than 5 years of experience in customer service
Must be availability to work either Saturday or Sunday
Must be able to work a 12-Hour shift (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
Customer service oriented
Basic Computer Skills
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation
Schedules Include:
Holidays (Bonus Pay included)
12-hour shift
Weekends
Day shift
Evening shift
Overnight shift
