Electrical Project Foreman

*** This role can live in any state (prefer the Southeast US) and will travel to job site, 75% travel. Mostly in the Southeast US and Texas. ***

About this role:

The Electrical Foreman will have duties for supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within mostly commercial settings.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 yearly + Bonus and Vehicle Allowance

Travel: This role will travel on average 75% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for execution of electrical scope across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel.

Manpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work.

Coordinates work with client representatives and communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.

Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.

Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents.

Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.

Consistently completes projects on schedule and within budget.

Minimum Requirements:

At least six (6) years' experience in the electrical industry

Must have ability to run medium-size projects (4-10 electricians)

Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
