Responsibilities

Achieve performance targets by aligning specific account action plans with strategic initiatives.

Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of the sales team.

Foster and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Develop and coordinate sales training programs and sales models to maximize potential.

Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create effective support and pull-through programs.

Deliver analytics, trends, and progress updates to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Ten years’ experience leading high-performing sales teams.

Sales experience, preferably in Ophthalmology.

Bachelor’s degree
