We are currently searching for an Account Executive to join our growing company in Atlanta, GA. The Account Executive (AE) is a high-energy person who can recognize opportunities and turn qualified leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.

Successful Account Executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine. The AE will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

Responsibilities:

Onboard qualified leads provided by SDR’s and into convert them into long-lasting referral partnerships.

Develop sales strategies to meet and respond to qualified leads and ensure sales quotas are hit.

Maintaining a database of contact information and ensure updated into Salesforce CRM system.

Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met while following BOSM sales handbook.

Presenting and demonstrating the value of Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine’s products and services to prospective buyers.

Ensure world class knowledge of industry trends as well as Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine’s products and services

Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Handling complaints and negotiations that may impact long-lasting referral partnerships.

Responsible for account planning and management of account portfolio

Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs

Provides feedback and recommendations to the leadership team on competitive threats and business opportunities

75% travel

Qualifications:

Degree Preferred

3 years minimum of outside sales experience

World Class Knowledge of Salesforce and O365.

Ability to effectively deliver clear, concise communication.

Ability to excel as a team player daily & foster positive relationships between all departments and team members.

Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter.

Able to work under pressure with competing demands requiring ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and time.
