The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Azure Cloud to lead our clients Azure Cloud practice in New York. As the Head of Azure Cloud, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Azure Cloud strategy, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of Azure-based solutions for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Azure Cloud practice, aligning it with the overall business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending Azure Cloud solutions to drive business outcomes.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Azure Cloud team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Azure Cloud projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Maintain deep technical expertise in Azure Cloud technologies and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, crafting proposals, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with Azure Cloud providers, ensuring access to the latest tools, resources, and support.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with Azure Cloud projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

8+ years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in Azure Cloud.

Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Azure Cloud projects for enterprise clients.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
