Territory Account Manager - Homecare

Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to generate personal home care referrals

Conduct educational events with referral partners to introduce them to our services and understand their business needs

Lead care consultation meetings with prospective clients to assess their requirements and present personalized solutions

Coordinate with branch staff and field sales resources to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Assist with client billing processes by collecting necessary documents and submitting them to the branch

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate's degree (preferred, but not required)

2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, preferably in home health or hospice

Experience in roles like Healthcare Account Executive, Medical Sales Executive, or Territory Sales Manager is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
