HSE Technician

We are a Heavy Highway Construction company seeking an HSE Engineer whose main duties will be to travel to several different jobsites each week and assist in safety-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

-Site Safety Documentation & Photos. Flying the drone when applicable.

-Site Safety Inspections.

Multiple sites visited per week.

-Planning & Coordinating a weekly travel schedule with site supervisors.

-Maintaining a relationship with Prime Contractors’ safety personnel.

-Pre-Project Kickoff Work.

Emergency Contact Sheet

OSHA Documentation & Federal Paperwork

OSHA 300A Paperwork

Connex Box Safety Supplies

Prime Contractor – Safety coordination meetings, and required documentation.

-Accident Reporting.

On site post-accidents

Detailed Pictures

Police Officer Communication & Report Numbers

Assisting Supervisors on MCC Accident Reports

Maintain Yearly Accident Tracking Log

Timely Distribution of all information.

Qualifications

OSHA – 510 (OSHA 30 hour course)

OSHA – 500 Instructor Course

Board of Certified Safety Professionals - working towards CHST (Certified Health & Safety Technician). 2 year window to complete.

Drone certified
