Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs - Advertising and Promotion

Meet has partnered with an exceptional Bay Area pharma focused in treatments for metabolic, psychiatric, and oncologic disorders. Our client has an approved product and a dynamic late-stage pipeline. They are looking for a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, Ad/Promo to join their team to support the commercialization of their late-stage programs.

Key Responsibilities

You will define regulatory strategies for the company's commercial and corporate communications, ensuring compliance with domestic and foreign legislation

You will provide strategic input on new concepts, campaigns, and product strategy for assigned drugs

You will manage the strategy and operational aspects of Regulatory labeling for P3 and commercial assets

You will lead the development of regulatory submissions of promotional materials for marketed products

Key Qualifications

10+ years of Regulatory Ad/Promo experience required

Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MS) highly preferred

Experience managing commercial regulatory strategy + labeling function required
