The Role...

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our HR and Marketing team in the Kansas City Metro Area. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator and not afraid to step in and assist when needed.

The HR Generalist will report to the VP of Human Resources and Brand and work alongside Key Executives in providing day-day administrative support in the HR and Marketing Departments so that they can serve the overall strategic vision and goals of the company. This individual will have the ability manage and support multiple projects efficiently and accurately.

The Team Member We Need:

We are seeking an individual that is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail and takes initiative. This person enjoys variety in their work and are excited to take on projects that are cross-departmental.

Other Responsibilities Include But are Not Limited To:

Assists and manages annual process such as employee benefit enrollment

Management and oversight of personnel management in our HRIS system

Assists with tradeshow set up and contracts

Assists with putting on company events

Files, copies, distributes various documents, incoming/outgoing mail etc.

Organizes and files information in a systematic manner

Prepare and distribute various correspondence as assigned or requested.

Perform data entry, maintain, and distributes multiple reports and schedules. Reports include items related to general administrative activities, human resources, marketing, labor and other areas

Prepares various reports, documents etc. for regular and ad-hoc meetings or presentations

Liaise with external partners and vendors

Assist with various reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Experience:

Degree in Administration, HR or 7 years’ relevant experience.

Meet established target dates for all ongoing responsibilities and assigned tasks.

Accuracy in all communication and records

Accuracy of data, reports and other work products.

Courteous and professional telephone greetings.

Strict attention to detail and ability to work alone with team members.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple items simultaneously and bring projects to completion.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to write and create professional correspondence.

Results and action oriented.

Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar Management.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information with absolute discretion required.
