Postdoc Computer Vision Engineer

Job Overview:

Auscultech Dx is seeking Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our medical and research operations by developing and implementing state-of-the-art computer vision solutions. This role will heavily focus on segmenting images using deep learning. The segmented images will be integrated with clinical symptoms to detect diseases.

Responsibilities:

·Develop, test, and optimize computer vision models tailored for medical imaging.

Ability to manage large datasets

Collaborate with medical professionals to integrate clinical symptoms and annotate images using Zero shot learning.

Deploy the segmentation models in mobile apps

Document processes and methodologies and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

· PhD in Computer Science with extensive Computer Vision experience.

· Strong experience with Object Detection/Segmentation models such as YOLOV9, RT-DETR, SAM, etc.

· Proficiency in C++ and Python, with a proven track of publications in high quality journals and Conferences (IEEE/CVF Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing).

· Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

· Experience in working with medical imaging data is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
