Your new company

Our client provides general contracting and construction management services within the Federal sector, completing projects throughout the DMV area. They have a dynamic team with a continued goal of bringing on new team members who want a long-term career.

Your new role

As the Superintendent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of all onsite activities and project related duties are completed in perfect execution and in a timely manner.

Your first project will be part of an ongoing MAC program at a Naval facility near Virginia Beach, VA. This initial project will span 3-4 years and will include the demolition and rebuild of a building at the facility. Following this, you will have the opportunity to take on further projects in the area as part of the program or look to move on to projects in the DMV.

What you’ll need to succeed

10+ years in the construction industry

5+ years in a Superintendent position ideally with experience in demo, rebuild, and/or new construction

OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR

CQM

Procore & MS Office Suite experience

Confined Spaces certification is preferred

Experience with Naval or other military projects is preferred
