Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST - W2 full-time permanent role, Florida - Oviedo office

-hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days at the office on-site at the Oviedo location

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP software as a business analyst

Out of the box thinking

Support and provide training in ERP and related applications

-Understand core accounting - GL/AP/Acc. Receiv., understand how Finance work

-Ideally manufacturing industry to understand the process

-System D365 practical experience

Dynamics AX

User support, problem-solving

Analyze user requirements and provide solutions

-Technical aspects, fill in the gap between Development team and End users

-Pain points, talk with end users, and go back Dev team

-Implementations - ERP/upgrade, customization

Facilitate meetings, documentation, Collaborate with internal employees

Bachelors degree - business, computer science, information systems, business analysis, etc.

Licenses, Certifications - Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management

Support facilities - EST and west coast,

after hours call - rotation (after training)
