Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phone system
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Compile and enter client account data, details, and tasks in CRM
Manage and resolve client service problems
Assist advisors and clients accurately and efficiently with account paperwork
Serve as quality control point to ascertain that all paperwork, policies, and procedures for customer requests have been adhered to in accordance with all compliance requirements
Support with any administrative tasks, as directed
Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle stress and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attitude and client service orientation
Ethical, honest, high level of integrity and confidentiality
