Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, 40 Hours Per Week, On-call rotation on weekends
Location: Dover, DE
Role Overview: As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing mobile X-Ray and potentially EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other relevant establishments. Your role will involve performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality in all examinations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
Unload portable X-Ray equipment and conduct exams as ordered by physicians.
Perform EKGs and transmit them to Cardiologists for interpretation if required.
Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
Maintain clear and regular communication with dispatch, management, peers, and clients.
Ensure proper maintenance of vehicle and X-ray equipment.
Requirements:
ARRT: R.T certification
Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational standards.
Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory, unless a valid exemption is provided.
Willingness to work in various healthcare markets including skilled nursing facilities, prisons/jails, and home health settings
