Job Summary:

Lilly Lashes is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our brand team, supporting the Director of Marketing by managing and scaling ongoing social activity and influencer programs to generate content creation, and grow our loyal community of Lilly Lash lovers.

The Social Media Manager will lead all social media initiatives and robust ambassador programs across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube with the responsibility of planning, developing and managing the strategy for each to support the growth of the company’s social media and consumer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead paid partnerships and the influencer marketing strategy

Oversee organic content creation in the form of (but not limited to) photos, videos, and GIFs to primarily live across our social media channels.

Lead social outreach and activation strategy to increase attributed revenue generated by affiliates and ambassadors.

Proofread, edit, and review copy and content for quality, value, and uniqueness.

Oversee content calendar for social media and work cross functionally with other departments to ensure the content calendar is in alignment with the larger marketing and promotional calendar.

Contract new and existing influencers and help manage budgets on a monthly basis.

Define and measure key KPIs and provide regular reporting on program development

Conceptualize and support in the creation of stills, videos, behind-the-scenes footage and other supporting assets for our campaigns. These will include but are not limited to:

-Product Launches

-New campaigns

-Partnerships and collaborations

-Ambassador activations

Ensure that we are maximizing the usage of all assets by strategically using them in all channels to maintain cohesiveness (blog, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Manage in-house PR list of celebrities’ influencers, celebrity MUAs, and freelance editors

Manage and scale the influencer and ambassador programs to drive brand awareness, increase attributed revenue and generate content

Understand the Lilly Lashes aesthetic to ensure all creative deliverables tell our story and are brand appropriate.

Stay up to date of new creative trends, insights and generate ideas on how to best translate these across our content and social media channels.

Excel at taking creative direction, work collaboratively and integrate feedback into your work.

Strategize with the team on trends, best practices, and ways to constantly improve content quality.

Plan influencer events and social activations with the Social Media Coordinator, e.g. takeovers and features to celebrate our affiliates and create a positive community experience

Experience / Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media or related field

3-5 years of professional experience in social media, copy, photography, videography, and photo/video editing.

1-2 years managing direct reports

1-2 Managing Influencer Programs

Keen eye for beauty photography

The ideal candidate should be comfortable behind and in front of the camera

Deep social media savvy and a keen understanding of what works on each platform (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)

Strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and short deadlines.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Extremely self-motivated, organized, and a great multitasker

Beauty background experience preferred

Hours:

This position is a full-time position.

In-office in our Frisco office 3 days per week is required for this role.
