Human Resources Assistant Opportunity:
TalentWell is hiring a Human Resources Assistant for a rapidly growing medical company with headquarters in the Webster/League City, TX area. This company owns medical laboratories across Texas and Pain Management Clinics in South Houston.

Full-time, permanent role
Pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience and tenure
Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift

Human Resources Assistant Essential Job Functions:
Under the supervision and direction of the HR Director and Senior HR Coordinator, the HR Assistant may perform the following administrative and human resource duties:
Organize and schedule appointments for Executive and Senior Management teams
Order supplies and research new deals and suppliers; strong negotiation skills are a plus
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; maintain inventory tracking logs using Excel
Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Run work-related errands, including but not limited to daily mail runs
Assist in company event planning
Assist in the design of company- related documents and flyers
Maintain cleanliness of common areas (light cleaning of coffee areas, Staff Lounge, executive restroom and conference room)
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain electronic filing systems
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Assist with HR-related tasks: new hire onboarding, employee orientation, terminations, payroll, organizational charts, compliance training
Greet and provide general support to visitors
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Handle requests and queries from executives and senior management
Other job-related duties as assigned by management
Human Resources Assistant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
High School diploma; Associate degree in related field preferred
At least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant in an office setting or related role
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,and PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Self-starter that takes initiative
Creative and artistic abilities preferred
