As a Full Time B2B Sales Manager for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through innovative digital advertising and marketing solutions for the residential real estate industry. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching and mentorship to shape and elevate our sales team.
This role is based in Richmond, VA (competitive relocation offered) and is 5 days per week Onsite.
Responsibilities:
Foster Growth: Cultivate an environment that encourages the growth of team revenues, meeting and exceeding annual sales targets
Talent Development: Attract, hire, and develop high-impact sales professionals through coaching and mentorship
Performance Excellence: Establish performance targets aligning with business goals, providing ongoing coaching and training for enhanced sales effectiveness
Customer Relationships: Manage new customer relationships and ensure the retention of existing customers through the development of sustainable connections
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, emphasizing the importance of upholding company culture and values within the team
Qualifications:
6-10 years of Sales experience in either real estate, professional services, Saas products, subscription sales, or marketing & advertising platform sales
Management Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of people management experience
Sales Leadership: Experience managing 6 to 8 sales professionals in real estate or digital advertising
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build sustainable customer relationships.
Growth Mindset: Track record of rapid sales territory growth
Communication Skills: Effective internal and external relationship-building skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Required
