Litigation Paralegal

Godsey Martin, P.C. is in search of an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written & verbal communication skills, and loves the challenge of meeting deadlines in the role of Litigation Paralegal. This individual has genuine passion for helping others, thrives in a high volume work environment and displays a forward-thinking mindset while handling the following responsibilities on Personal Injury Litigation cases;

Drafting and filing initial petitions

Managing the service delivery of all citations

Drafting and completing all discovery shells

Managing and maintaining all the calendaring & scheduling related to the progression of a Personal Injury Caseload, including depositions & mediations

Preparing for Trial

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling Personal Injury Cases

Experience handling a caseload of 100 litigation cases is a strong plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience with Neos Case Management Software system is a plus

Experience handling cases in State and Federal court is a plus
