Sr. Project Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and delivering top-notch project client services with the support of our Accounting, Estimating, and Operations Departments.

With experience ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale developments ( $20,000 to $800M). Their diverse portfolio includes projects for clients nationwide, from independent developers to major corporations like Aldi, Uber, and Wyndham Hotels.

Your Mission:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the project lead and the main point of contact for our clients. You will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including subcontractor management, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and client relations. You will work closely with our project management team and partners to ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution

Coordinate subcontractor activities and contracts

Review project budgets and forecasts

Oversee project management team and staff

Maintain client relationships and satisfaction

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
