Title: Test Lead

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Type: Contract to Hire

Our client is seeking a Test Lead who will support and coordinate testing for new project initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Perform Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of code to defined deadlines and exacting standards.

Leverage your analytical skills to create technical solutions for business processes.

Providing hands on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team.

Defining high level application designs.

Working with various business owners to understand business needs.

Communicating to business stakeholders in easy-to-understand non-technical terms.

Delegating and getting full productivity from development team in conjunction with immediate supervisor.

Required Skills:

Experience with healthcare domain on critical workflows - enrollment, benefits, billing, claims (local and ITS).

Experience with test coordination, giving direction to multiple team members, ability to make decision on testing scope.

Familiar with MS Azure and MS Office.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willing participant/contributor in a team environment.

Ability to think creatively, stimulate new ideas and challenge existing thinking.
