Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for employment litigation and counseling matters.

Assist with client intake, discovery, and case preparation.

Draft correspondence and pleadings for court filings.

Maintain client communication and ensure timely responses.

Manage deadlines and casework efficiently.

Stay up-to-date on current developments in employment law.

Qualifications:

J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in employment law (a plus).

Eagerness to learn and a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
