Human Resources Generalist

Job Overview:

We're currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a positive and professional demeanor, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

Administer benefits and leave programs, including disability, workers’ compensation, and personal leave.

Serve as a primary point of contact for both vendors and employee inquiries.

Support the recruiting process and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless selection and onboarding of top-tier talent.

Plan and execute new employee orientation and training sessions.

Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.

Maintain meticulous human resources records.

Update and uphold the company handbook, guidelines, and FAQ documents pertaining to company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

Familiarity with HRIS systems.
