1. Lead to solve customer on-site problems in a timely manner including, but not limited to warehouse, logistic, delivery and customer production issues.
2. Collaborate with CQE/RQE to collect resolve production issue, communicate with customer/CATL, to mitigate issue impact.
3. Build deep contact with customers, establish good customer relationships, and enhance customer's perception of our company's services.
4. Gain insight into targeted dynmaics, obtain first-hand information, and support SPP in achieving new project targeting and business expansion.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or master degree
2. Advanced in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
3. More than 3-year work experience in Project Mgt., Education, Consulting, After Sales, or industrial/automotive (optional)
4. Proficiency in English / Chinese, better to master more languages
5. Capability of good language expression, business negotiation, on-the-spot adaptability
6.Have battery knowledge
