Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Scully & Scully. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating displays that showcase our products in an appealing and inspiring manner. Your creative vision will contribute to elevating the overall shopping experience for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate should have previous luxury retail experience, be a college graduate and be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop seasonal and thematic display strategies that drive sales and promote brand awareness.

- Partner with inventory, buying, and sales teams to ensure floor replenishment to drive sales.

- Ensure that all displays adhere to visual merchandising standards and guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.

- Source and select props, fixtures, and materials to enhance the visual presentation of products.

- Regularly update and refresh displays to reflect new merchandise arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of displays, gathering feedback and insights to optimize future visual merchandising efforts.

- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices to uphold standards of excellence.

- Monitor the effectiveness of store product initiatives that are highlighted within our caseline and creative fixtures and share with the store manager

- Communicate impactful storytelling presentations which align with the brand's visual merchandising initiatives

- Be an effective team player in both retail and corporate environments

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

- Strong creative flair with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

- Computer literacy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
