Role Title: Systems Admin

Role Description:

Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware, and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all related problems.

Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.

Utilize best-in-class security protocols to protect existing and new infrastructure systems.

Perform systems administration functions for Windows AD Infrastructure, Office 365, software updates and patches, anti-virus, local company systems, cloud-hosted company systems, and backups.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Computer Science (BS preferred) and/or equivalent technical certification with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven System Administrator experience.

Industry-recognized technical certification such as a Microsoft MCSE, Network+, Server+ or A+ is preferred but not required.

Working technical knowledge and experience with LAN, WAN

Working technical knowledge and experience with Windows desktop and laptop operating systems

Working technical knowledge and experience with Windows Server operating systems and associated services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, AD Admin Tools)

Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including hardware RAID, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
