Marketing Business Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, where they will play a key role in implementing, administrating, and maintaining the CRM system (SAP Hana). The focus will involve generating and running reports from sales, marketing, and research data, preparing impactful presentations, and conducting product and channel reviews. They will have the ability to analyze complex data, lead report design efforts, and maintain data integration tools. Will manage the CRM system for smooth operation, provide sales and product performance reports, and contribute to stakeholder training. This role also involves overseeing project life cycles, mentoring analysts, and actively participating in strategic business initiatives.

Direct Hire, Full-Time, W2, On-Site/Hybrid role (Hybrid model after 90 days 3-4 days on-site) and located in the City of Industry, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct complex data analysis, generating insightful reports for decision-making across various teams.

Lead the design, development, and management of reports, dashboards, and portals integrating data from multiple sources.

Maintain and support AC Nielsen sales data, SAP product data, and manage the CRM system (SAP HANA).

Provide leadership, mentorship, and collaborative support to less experienced business analysts.

Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative training.

7+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and team/project management.

Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Mastery of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).

Must have strong experience in Excel.

Must have experience with VLOOKUP pivot tables.

Teamwork, self-confidence, organizational prowess, and effective communication skills.

Substantial experience with ERP and CRM systems, basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools.

Language Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Bilingual skills (English and Chinese - Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.

Expected salary range: 70k -95k + Discretionary Bonus of 10-15%
