Summary of the position
A Fastener Tool & Supply (FTS) customer service account manager possesses a broad knowledge of FTS’s overall capabilities, Sales & Customer Service (SCS) processes, and overall quality system. The customer service account manger’s role is to manage customer partnerships through inventory management, contract review, risk management, order management, and project support. The customer service account manager will strive to grow sales and profitability of the company through quality customer service. A customer service account manager identifies customers needs and provides value-added solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales (SCS) inquiries and action items.
Responsible for maintaining customer service, on-time delivery, quality, and other customer metrics.
Active contributor to customer contract negotiations, organic & prospect business development, new product development growth
Maintain account and/or program inventory through established company supply chain strategies.
