We are currently looking for an HR Associate within the Total Rewards team working in a term role until December 2024.

As an HR Associate within our Total Rewards team, you willperform all functions related to the administration, communication, and education of Total Rewards including wellbeing, compensation, benefits and pension plans. This will include dealing directly with employees, retirees and service providers regarding HR issues, facilitating changes to employee information in our HRIS system and ensuring that all available documentation for employees and retirees is current.

This position will be attractive to candidates interested in furthering their understanding of Total Rewards plans and their part in the employee experience. Supported by a wonderful team of HR professionals in a large, multi-company organization, this role will provide a unique opportunity to be part of designing programs and processes to support an innovative diverse business.

What skills will make you successful?

This position requires relevant experience or post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a relevant complementary area. A designation, or the willingness to pursue one, in wellbeing, compensation, benefits or pensions, such as CEBS or World at Work would be an asset.

This role is ideal for an individual who is a team player possessing excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with strong oral and written communication abilities. Additionally, strong analytical skills, superior attention to detail, and the capability to utilize systems and technologies are essential for the successful candidate.
