Our international client located in Dallas, TX is looking for a Payroll Benefits Specialist to add to their dynamic team! They are looking for a team player to manage the outsourced (via ADP Workforce Now) US payroll from start to finish. This includes processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, rate changes, garnishments, bonuses, retroactive adjustments, expense reimbursements, off-cycle adjustments, and manual checks. Regarding benefits, this client is aiming to find someone to perform benefit administrations with their plans including healthcare, 401K, Commuter - joiners, leavers, queries, etc. and conduct benefit presentations.
$58,000-62,000 annually
Hybrid Role - 3 days in office
Preferred Qualifications (2-3 years experience in the below):
Proficient knowledge of ADP Work Force Now and Time & Attendance.
Time and Labor Regulations across the various states.
Excel skills – vlookups, formulas, index/match
Practical knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll laws/regulations.
Open to candidates with excellent benefits experience with less payroll experience who has excellent aptitude for learning for payroll.
Handling benefit renewal, communications and basic admin
Providing benefit presentations
