Inside Sales Representative

Mitchell 1 (a division of Snap-on Inc.) is growing our Inside Sales Team!

New college grads are encouraged to apply! Training starts May 29th, 2024.

Prior sales experience is helpful but not necessary.

Job Requirements:

Making outbound calls (using a consultative approach to warm leads)

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Self-starter

Organized and strong follow-up skills

Confident closing sales

Good computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

Call and connect with 50+ prospects per day

Determine and evaluate customer needs

Demonstrate software products (via screen share)

Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus+

Schedule: Monday-Friday (during training 7:00 - 3:30 pm)

Pay rate: $19-20/hour + commission.

First-year earnings average between $60K - $90K+
