Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the transformation of our FP&A function. You'll refine and implement FP&A processes that deliver accurate financial insights to organizational leaders while working closely with the CFO and providing strategic support to the executive team.

Responsibilities

Planning Systems & Financial Models:

Design, automate, and implement forecasting and planning tools in collaboration with Accounting and Technology teams.

Forecast Coordination & Consolidations:

Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring clear communication of timelines and deliverables.

Management Reporting:

Develop reports that aid decision-making for senior management and the Board, and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic opportunities.

Long-Range Planning:

Lead multi-year financial planning to align key financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting; Master's preferred.

Minimum of years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in a high-growth company.

Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior management.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with energy markets and capital project forecasting is a plus.
