Position: Content/Videography
Team structure: Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager (about 10+ in creative/marketing group)
Environment/Culture: An eccentric/revolutionary boutique firearms company, the owner is a big part of the brand, does a lot of exotic hunting etc.
Location: Dover, NH (5 days onsite, unless traveling for the role)

Must Haves:
Videographer/Cinematographer
Content Creation – social media, web, email etc.
Preferred:
Video Editing
Background shooting hunting, sports, combat photography, or related
Worldwide travel – person would have to be able to travel at the drop of a hat
Salary: starting at 50-65k +++ flexibility for the right candidate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, script, record, and edit videos for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
Research, plan, and create compelling written content such as articles, blog posts, and press releases to effectively communicate brand messages.
Develop visually appealing and shareable content, including images, graphics, and videos, to enhance online presence and engagement.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with key personnel, customers, and industry experts to gather insights and create impactful content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall branding and strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, company news, and competitor activities to create timely and relevant content.
Manage content calendars for a cohesive content strategy.
Maintain the company's tone and voice in all content.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient and experienced in video recording techniques
Familiarity with content creation tools and software.
