Summary
Support the marketing team in developing and executing ecommerce & digital strategies and campaigns for French Cuff Boutique in order to drive traffic to both store locations and the ecommerce site. Develop strong relationships with both internal and external business partners to support company needs. Analyze trends and campaign performance to determine efficacy in client outreach and business drivers.
Key Job Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing Manager to manage website homepage & site content updates to be in line with company branding, marketing calendar and promotions
Lead site merchandising and regularly audit for functionality, customer experience & offering a personalized, compelling journey based off testing, analysis & competitive review
Proactively manage ecommerce catalog daily with new product deliveries, fits, product knowledge, & linked content
Maintain current knowledge in industry trends & all applicable emerging technologies to suggest new promotional strategies to reach greater audience depth & breadth
Research, test and implement online marketing strategies & integrations to improve ecommerce product performance & exceed digital KPI targets
Responsible for team communication, inventory movement and processing of web orders
Data entry and analysis of marketing reports including the performance of digital KPIs
Timely acquisition of images and marketing materials from vendors
Recalibrating and communication of digital marketing updates based on KPI and marketing scorecard performance to team
Collaborate with buying & visual merchandising team to enhance marketing strategies that support in-store product performance for a cohesive digital and in-store representation
Create & manage email campaigns in partnership with buying & marketing teams for time-relevant data
Analyze campaign performance & perform competitor campaign reviews to make data driven optimizations
Weekly on-brand creation & scheduling of content for social media such as reels, flat lays and styling videos
Work closely with departments across the organization to assist in their digital media specific responsibilities
Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers, clients & team with on-brand relationship-driven responses to online queries; provide a high level of customer service
Assists in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
Assists Marketing supervisor in weekly campaigns, such as photo shoots, emails, social media, promotions and events
Creation and engagement of internal team and external partners in marketing incentives
Minimum Requirements
Education: 4-Year College Degree in retail/marketing related degree plan
1-3 years’ experience in retail/marketing
Experience in website & graphic design & maintenance
Strong writing, copyediting & communication skills
Working knowledge and application of retail KPIs
Strong eye for fashion, knowledge of current and timeless trends
High degree of organization, time management and attention to detail
Ability to travel as needed
Work weekend and evening events when needed
Address real-time customer service inquires at least 2 Saturdays/month
Great working knowledge of:
Shopify
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office Suite
Oracle & Google Analytics knowledge/experience is a plus.
