Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Technician at Base Culture in Tampa, FL. As a Research and Development Technician, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting research and development activities for portfolio optimization and new product development, performing culinary experiments, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to the R&D team.

Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Research and Development (R&D), Laboratory Skills
Experience in quality control and root cause analysis problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong curiosity and drive to learn more
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the baking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
Basic computer skills required, competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
