Construction Superintendent

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subs to determine the job specs of project.

Create and Maintain timeline and budget

Assist with the bidding process and contract negotiations.

Help Secure subcontractors.

Expedite procurement of permits and coordinate with state and city agencies.

Facilitate appropriate safety training

Attend weekly site meeting/walkthroughs

Maintain communication with client, owners’ reps, design team and subcontractors

Maintain all proper documentation and records

Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

· 5+ years relevant construction experience

· Must have strong organizational and communication skills

· Commercial construction experience preferred (municipal, healthcare or government a plus)
