Your new company

My client is a New York based GC/CM that's been in business 40+ years. Their portfolio of projects include distribution centers, new commercial office buildings, and mixed-use residential with values ranging from $20MM to over $150MM.

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing estimates, budget control, bid coverage, and procurement during the pre-construction and construction phases of a project for fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electric trade. The. The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding of the cost of labor, material, equipment, and productivity in the unit costs used at each level of an estimate and should have knowledge of rules and regulations for AHJ.

What you’ll need to succeed:

To be successful in this role you should have at least 7+ years’ experience as a MEP Estimator with vast experience across MEP's. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field and experience with blue beam and onscreen take-off is preferred.
