We are currently seeking a Help Desk Team Lead to join the team of our dynamic client. This role will be fully onsite in the Dallas area. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work in a culture first environment and contribute to the company's success.

Job Description:

The Helpdesk Lead will play a crucial role in managing our helpdesk team and implementing new processes. This role involves building and leading a team of onsite and field technicians, conducting interviews, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in system administration, customer service, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the helpdesk team, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations.

Implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide tier 2 support for technical issues, including hardware infrastructure, network switches, routers, and virtualization technologies.

Support Active Directory, printers, and other IT systems.

Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement IT solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration and customer service.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and network troubleshooting.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as ESXi, VMware, and Hyper-V.

ITIL certification is preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
