6+ Month Contract

Hybrid (3 days onsite in Plano, TX)

Our client is a leading provider of best-in-class information technology services and solutions. They are looking for a Strategic Consultant focused on IT Business Analyst work. The 2 main areas of scope will be to document key processes and workflows. Second, establish the standards that others can leverage to document their own processes ongoing

Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with key business partners to help establish strategic goals and objectives, project objectives, and set expectations on functional scope

Analyze the organization's IT Professional Services business model and define its policies and market approaches

Business process modeling can be described as creating a map of what happens within a business, detailing how tasks are carried out, by whom, and in what order. By modeling their processes, companies can see the full picture of how they operate with transparency into even the most complex of processes.

Qualifications:

8-10 Yrs. experience as Business Analyst, IT consulting

Large enterprise project experience ranging in size from $1million+

Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementations

Ability to influence change across both team and leadership levels through relationship building and collaboration

Demonstrate general understanding of hardware/software platforms including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers and integration technologies

Experience in process optimization, improvement, and/or process automation is required

A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives

Experience in IT process optimization, improvement, and/or process automation is required
