About the Role

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to our executive team and reports directly to our CEO. This position will perform diverse, advanced, and confidential daily executive level administration. As a result, this Executive Assistant will interface on a daily basis with our CEO, President and others members of our leadership team. In this role, world-class reliability and attention to detail is required, along with a mindset that no task is insignificant.

What Is Required of You

5+ years of progressive administrative support experience with 2+ as an Executive Assistant

Consistently upholding confidentiality and discretion, and inspire trust by behaving in a way that suggests personal discretion and integrity

Experience managing complex and dynamic calendars supporting senior executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to successfully meet deadlines

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

The ability to work independently to analyze and solve problems

Possessing superior partnership skills and a collaborative approach; ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Bachelors’ degree required
