Must Haves:

Bachelor’s 2-5 years of experience.

Engineering Background – mechanical, automative, aerospace – easy to talk to vendors.

Understanding of the Scope of the project, operate from the pm standpoint, scope schedule budget standpoint.

Technical Background – general understanding of IT

Read Drawings – Print Vendors

Documentation – project issues, changes – Smartsheet

Day to Day: A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator. This individual will help the project managers with a lot of the support coordinating with finance, the plants, document stuff effectively. There are 40 total projects going on tight now they will work with the design team i.e who designs all of the molds and bring it up with the complete drawing project, go through RFP process, go through quotes of Vendors, tooling being manufactured, weekly check ins, how are things progressing. Purchasing team.

**Tooling – plastic comes from extruder flows through corrugator, dye creates the inside wall, mold that makes the shape, the die and the mold and then the plastic travels through.
